Did you know we guarantee that we will not raise your rental rate for at least 4 years if you sign a lease with us? That’s right! We promise that we will keep your rental rate the same even if it increases for your new neighbors. We feel that it is important to take care of our tenants, and thank them for staying with us for their stay in Carbondale, and this is one of our ways of doing so.

Don’t believe us, talk to some of our tennats who have lived with us for years, and they will tell you. Then come by the office and secure your apartment and your rental rate. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

New Rental Season Hours…

Starting Thursday, May 2 we will begin new rental season hours. We will be open Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 6:30. With showings between 9:00 – 6:00. And Saturdays by appointment only from 9:00 – 12:00.

We hope that these new hours will help to accommodate all of our prospective tenants busy schedules. Call us today at 618-549-4713 to set up a time to look at what we have available.

Graduation Special…

We have a couple of different Graduation Specials going on, until May 17, 2013.

First… if you put down your security deposit at the time you are approved we will waive the $25 application fee.

Second…if you turn in your application and put down your security deposit at the time that you view an apartment we will take $100 off the security deposit.

Things Are Picking Up…

People have really been looking hard at apartments for May & August 2013. We have been taking security deposits and signing leases left and right.

We still have a few 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom townhouses available, but we don’t expect them to last long. You will not want to wait too long to put down your security deposit, or you might miss out on one of our great apartments.

Saturday Showings Coming Soon…

Starting next Saturday, April 6, we will be showing on Saturdays from 9:00 – 12:00. Showings are by appointment only on Saturdays, because of limited staffing. So make sure to call early to ensure that we still have appointment times available for you.
