Our Grand Avenue Apartments were finished in 2002, and we moved immediately to Park Street, to build our newest development.  With 90 new apartments for the community.  It was finished in 2006.  Since completion the Park Street Apartments now have 60 one bedroom apartments, 16 two bedroom apartments and 14 two bedroom 2.5 bath townhouses.  The Grand Avenue Mall is right behind these apartment complexes, and it contains many great shops and places to eat, and it’s just a short walk away.
